Jon Donce is a rising shaper of surfboards used at surfing parks in New England and Montreal. His boards took the leading champions of wake surfing to victory, including Jake Caster (Pro Skim World Champion).
We joined forces to design a new style of board specifically suited to steep faced waves. An exaggerated rocker, narrow tail, and short skeg enable the surfer to break loose at will, easily initiating 180s and 360s.
Below, testing of heel-side 360. This board shape offered smooth and stable performance even with full-length fins and skeg.
